Abstract

In the article are considered the works of the domestic and foreign researchers, entered into the special release of magazine "MGIMO-UNIVERSITY Bulletin", devoted the 70th anniversary of the beginning of the Second World War. The author notices that in these works the wide range of problems of eve of the war is lifted, the historical reasons and the concrete aspects of the world development, which have led to this tragedy, are unbiassedly analysed.
